Everything you need to know about returns, refunds, exchanges, and shipping with Innotex Materials Private Limited.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These will be updated as applicable alongside product details on the website.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will process the refund and contact you for your bank account details. A credit will be applied to your bank account via electronic fund transfer in 5–7 business days for the refundable amount after applicable transaction fees. We will also share the transfer reference for your records. Please ensure your bank details are correct.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again using the transfer details provided. Processing times can vary. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at admin@innotexmaterials.com or call +91 91502 79900.
Only regular priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at admin@innotexmaterials.com and send your item to: #23, MR Gardens, Krishna Colony, Trichy Road, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu – 641005, India.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, there will be no refund of the gift packing charges.
To return your product, mail it to: #23, MR Gardens, Krishna Colony, Trichy Road, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu – 641005, India. Once received, we will confirm receipt over email.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. If not prepaid, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Innotex Materials Private Limited uses logistics partners who have a strong record in the business. Standard and express options, depending on the location served, may be available. Costs and modes are shared at the time of purchase. All efforts will be made to ensure timely and damage-free delivery. However, Innotex Materials Private Limited or its partners cannot be held responsible for eventualities arising beyond control such as industrial or social conditions affecting delivery. Likewise, losses caused as a consequence of uncontrollable delays cannot warrant damages or libel against Innotex Materials Private Limited or its partners.
We ship across India within 3–5 business days after the order is shipped. Delivery to remote and poorly connected towns will be confirmed via email after receiving information from the logistics partner and shared prior to dispatch.
