Orders are normally processed and shipped between 8–24 hours of receipt. Customers can cancel an order before the product is shipped. Once shipped, we inform you via the email provided. Refunds for cancellations in such cases are deducted of transaction fees. If Innotex Materials Private Limited cancels an order due to issues such as stock availability, a full refund is processed and the customer informed.
We use quality shipping partners and delivery across India is between 3–5 business days after the order is shipped. Delivery to remote and poorly connected towns will be confirmed via email after receiving information from the logistics partner and provided prior to dispatch.
